Placeholder — pre-attorney review
This Privacy page is a placeholder. The final Privacy Policy will be drafted with an attorney before any paid customer is onboarded, and will be published here in its complete form.
What we currently expect to disclose
- Account information. Email, name (optional), payment method via Stripe. We do not store full card numbers ourselves; Stripe holds those.
- Subscription state. Which modules you are subscribed to, applied coupons (BOTH19 / BUNDLE), billing interval, and renewal dates.
- Watchlist. The tickers you have added to your Timing Lab and Momentum Lab watchlists, plus a log of add/remove/swap operations for auditing usage patterns.
- Usage. Page views, dashboard sessions, email open/click events, and aggregate engagement metrics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies or fingerprint visitors.

- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and CDN
- Resend — transactional email delivery
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your watchlist or subscription details with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking pixels on this site or the dashboard.
